Lubeca PLÖN 70% dark couverture is an intense dark chocolate with a pronounced cocoa aroma and light bitterness. It is made from specially selected cocoa from Ghana, following long-standing traditions of quality.

Suitable for moulded pralines, glazes, decoration, bars, creams, rich ganache and truffles. The 5 kg pack is for chocolatiers working with premium recipes in small and medium batches.
