General Delivery Information
The delivery time for your parcel via the Nova Poshta carrier is 4 to 7 business days. Orders are picked, packed, and handed over to Nova Poshta on the next business day following payment.
For orders under 5,000 UAH*, the delivery cost starts at 109 UAH.
No hidden fees or money transfer charges! You only pay for your order and the actual delivery cost.
Please note! Upon arrival at the transport company's branch, your order is stored for a maximum of 4 business days before being automatically returned. The parcel can only be received by the person specified as the recipient in the shipping declaration. You must have a valid ID with you!
Targeted courier delivery by Nova Poshta costs an additional 35 UAH.
Orders shipped via Nova Poshta are processed according to the carrier's operating schedule. You can find the schedule and track your parcel on the official Nova Poshta website.
Important! Orders totaling 1,000 UAH or less are processed only after manager confirmation and full payment. Preparation and dispatch of such orders will take place on the next business day.
Self-Pickup
You can pick up your ordered goods at Nova Poshta branch No. 6, located at: [insert street name], Kyiv.
This service is provided based on the "Transfer Point" option.
Courier Delivery within Kyiv
After manager confirmation and payment, courier delivery is carried out on the following Tuesday or Friday between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM. The delivery fee is 150 UAH (payable in cash to the courier or via cashless payment).
For orders over 2,000 UAH, courier delivery is free of charge***.
International Delivery
International shipments are dispatched only after receiving 100% prepayment for both the goods and shipping. After you place your order, we will issue an invoice with the exact total amount due.
Payment Methods
Bank Transfer to a PrivatBank Card
After making a payment, please notify us by providing your order number, surname, exact amount, and the date and time of the transaction. The final credited amount must not be less than your order total (please account for any bank fees).
Cashless Payment (for Businesses)
For legal entities requiring a full set of accounting documents, the minimum order value is 5,000 UAH.
Attention! Inspect your order carefully upon receipt!
If you discover missing items or damage, please fill out a claim form with the delivery service employee immediately and notify us.
We cannot guarantee a resolution in your favor if the goods were not inspected at the time of receipt.
Always check the packaging integrity, look for mechanical damage, and verify that all items are present while at the post office or in the presence of the courier.
Free delivery does not apply to items marked with a "Wholesale" (ОПТ) tag.
