How to place an order

You can order products on farina.com.ua in several ways:

  • via the shopping cart on the website — add the items you need, proceed to checkout and fill in your contact details and delivery address;
  • by calling 0 800 308 307 (free within Ukraine) or (044) 390-40-88 during business hours (Mon–Fri: 9:00–18:00);
  • by emailing us at info@farina.com.ua.

After you place an order, our manager will contact you to confirm the order contents, total amount and delivery terms. The order is considered accepted once it has been confirmed.

Please note: actual product availability is confirmed by the manager. If an item is out of stock, we will offer an alternative or an expected restocking date.

Product information

All mandatory product information (composition, weight/quantity, country of origin) is provided on the product page. Before placing an order, we recommend reviewing it — in particular the composition, for the presence of allergens (nuts, gluten, lactose, soy, etc.).

Prices

All prices on the website are shown in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH). The product price is fixed at the moment the order is confirmed by the manager. Delivery cost is not included in the product price and is paid separately according to the carrier’s rates, unless otherwise stated in promotional terms.

Payment and delivery

Available payment methods and delivery terms are described in detail in the separate “Payment and delivery” section. Orders are assembled and handed over to Nova Poshta for shipping on the next business day after payment. The estimated delivery time to the destination is 4–7 business days.

Returns and exchange

Food products of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged — in accordance with the List of proper-quality goods not subject to exchange (return), approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 of 19.03.1994.

Goods of improper quality (manufacturing defect, expired shelf life, damaged packaging seal): you are entitled to a refund or a replacement. To process your request, please provide:

  • photos of the product and packaging;
  • a photo of the packaging marking (batch number);
  • the proof of purchase (receipt / waybill);
  • a description of the problem.

Please note: a return is possible if the defect is a manufacturing one and did not result from damage during transportation or improper storage after receipt. Requests are accepted within up to 14 days from the moment the order is received.

Refunds for approved requests are processed within 1–3 business days from the moment the returned goods are received or the claim is confirmed.
