How you earn
For every full 100 UAH in an order — 1 point. Counted from the total excluding delivery, after all discounts and promotions.

When you can spend
Points are added after your order ships. You can spend them 14 days later.

Validity
Each credit is valid for 180 days. Your balance and expiry dates are always visible in your account.

How to spend
Points can cover up to 30% of an order total. Points expiring soonest are used first.
Example: an 850 UAH order (excluding delivery) → 8 points credited.
Good to know
- Only registered customers earn points — guest orders do not accrue points.
- A promo code and points cannot be combined in one order. With a promo code, points are still credited — based on the discounted total.
- If an order is cancelled, only the unused balance is voided. Points already spent are not returned.
