Lubeca Deodorized Cocoa Butter Callets 1 kg

Lubeca cocoa butter is pressed from whole roasted cocoa beans and then deodorised, so it carries no aroma of its own and leaves the flavour of your recipe untouched. Its pale, neutral shade suits white chocolate and coloured coatings.

The callet format melts fast and evenly, needs no chopping, and can be weighed out to the gram.
