Lubeca Deodorised Cocoa Butter Callets 8 kg (2×4 kg)

A professional volume of Lubeca cocoa butter: two sealed 4 kg factory packs supplied together. Neither has been repacked, so shelf life runs from the manufacturer's own date.

The butter is deodorised — no foreign aroma, pale and neutral in colour. Callets suit large batches: they come up to temperature quickly and weigh out without waste.

The 8 kg format is aimed at production kitchens, chocolate studios and pastry schools with daily consumption. The cost per kilogram is lower than in small packs, and the second pack can stay sealed as backup stock.
